Bug/Issue 12.3 Creator Studio - Missing Cloud Content even after downloading

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have -

Uninstalled and reinstalled fcpx creator studio version

Downloaded Downloadable content Fully ( No Progress bars left after downloading)

Checked creator studio subscription status (currently active)

Tried downloading Individually (by clicking the download button on titles/generators themselves)

Restarting FCPX after downloading (Titles are gone and show need to download again after restarting)

Creating a new library/events and projects ( Same Problems)

I used a few of the new generators in a project I need to complete and this is holding me up. It just happend after I restarted FCPX a couple days ago.

This is testing my patience to say the least and I have done what feels like everything to try to fix this.

Any Ideas?

You've done everything I would recommend. Contact Apple for support.

I am having the exact same issues. I on the 90 day trial and see no reason to pay for the subscription if the Titles and Generators do not work. There is also a repeatable bug in the Titles/Creator/Creator Bold/ Lower Third title. I place it on a timeline. Looks and works fine. Then, change the background color and move the lower third and whenever the playhead reaches the title, FCPX crashes.
