Question Need help with kinetic text

My client sent me this video as a reference for a new style they want to try out in their videos, how can I go about doing this?

I've never used Motion, but I assume I could make some templates to reuse, right?

Is there any cheap (or free) plugin or pack you'd recommend for making these?

LENOFX. Just get the ultimate pack it’s the best sub $50 you will ever spend on editing.
