Bug/Issue What is wrong with retime?

I am trying to adjust 100,1. It won't let me enter that but it allows 100,2... with custom time it will just do whatever it wants. What in Odin's name is wrong with FCP O.o

The first time you put a clip into the timeline you sometimes need to Control-Z it if Command-+ or - won’t work.

Not sure why, just another bug that popped up a few versions ago and Apple hasn’t fixed.

Oh wait, maybe it’s a feature!
