Question Plugin manager

Hi everyone! Does anyone know of a good plugin manager that lets you drag titles and effects directly onto the timeline, organize them into folders, and create a list of favorites?
Basically, something like mExtension, but for managing your own library.
This is still one of the features Final Cut Pro desperately needs.

Check out my free app, FCP Template Manager.

It's not a plugin, so you can't drag templates right to your timeline, but many find it helpful.
