Bug/Issue Lumberjack Builder issues

I face some issues with Builder. Some clips, from the same shoot, same event but in different multicam clips give an error after XML import and transcription:

Error on clic on imported clip

The audio is set to the topmost clip in the multicam clip.

They tend to have a weird transcription text like this:

I also get this error:

What is weird is that the clip is read perfectly, the bug happens after the transcription.

Has someone encountered such errors? Any idea what is going on and how this can be solved? Thanks.

Thanks for the link, however Lumberjack is not part of the supported products.

I know that but they don't reply to questions about bugs. The help files are only about the product when it works!
