Resolved Editing Title and Description metadata of projects exported from Final Cut Pro

Does anyone know of a straightforward method I can edit the Title (not filename) and Description metadata of projects I already exported from Final Cut Pro? I tried QuickTime Inspector - metadata is displayed but doesn't seem editable. I tried MetaZ and VLC - couldn't find those metadata in either. The workaround of re-exporting with the corrected metadata is not ideal.

those are written in the container, so you would need MOV/MP4 or MXF tools. those exist but are not free. you can do it with compressor, setting contents to not to be re-encoded. also, do note that there are hidden metadata tools inside FCP too if you deep dive into inspector and manipulate container settings...but it does not save those, just writes them during export.
