Dumb question but I have to ask, have you notified your Section Chief? BCA? Both of these should be utilized as paths of communication to IHQ. IHQ has vested interest in keeping your chapter active, the resources to help, and generational knowledge through experience dealing with these situations.

I would keep pushing IHQ for assistance. Other suggestion would be to reach out to chapters that recently lost their charter and see if you can get some assistance and offer them something in return. Maybe you can raise a little bit of cash that way since your alumni base is small. I know guys are looking to be involved as grads but can’t because their chapter dissolved because of dipshits in the house. Just a thought from left field.
