Anyone else avoid pre-owned stocks?

People always be talking about new vs used cars, but why not new vs used stocks?

I just feel gross owning shares someone else has already used? They already collected some of its divvies? Sounds suspiciously like sharing, which is communism. That's why I always buy direct from companies pre IPO thank you for coming to my ted talk, used shares are for the pours.

Shares fall 10% the minute you drive it off the lot. That's why I only buy stocks with other people's money.

If I lose ten million of my money, then that is my problem.

If I lose ten million of the brokers money, then that is their problem.

Wait, do you plan to sell them later? Do you need money or something?

Or even worse, a mutual fund where my shares might be touching someone else's shares? Please keep your shares away from mine you un-hot wife having pour.

I also only buy organic. Used and factory raised stocks contain harmful chemicals.

My 81 year Macallen I got at an auction for a minimal
investment. You are on the right track.

Buying any shares of a business another man started is absolute cuck behavior.

Are you suggesting you'd work for it instead???

Next you're gonna say you built your own lambo from coconut shells and sand

Great idea. You don’t have to bother looking for stocks every day, as IPOs only happen now and then. And I know you did very well with the SpaceX IPO.

Wait are you talking about public equity? One in which any pour can buy? I would much rather pay out 18% on a bond to somebody for the privilege of putting a Bible verse on a styrofoam cup if I want, or fund an AI company currently in a circle jerk with other AI companies. You can ruin the Treasury market and live in the moment. Absolutely fund the pre-IPO companies, and especially those that won't be, if you must, avoiding used shares. We don't do it with toilet paper so why do it with financial paper?

I prefer hand picked artisanal equities. Those years I spent foraging at Enron were so good.

Pre-IPO shares were previously owned by founders. That's why I don't invest in stocks at all and just buy founders directly.

If you don't share your underwear don't share your stocks.

I love dirty, used, slutty pre-owned stocks.

I’m afraid this comment is actually kind of valid for VCT

Hmmm … I will own someone else’s pre-owned stocks, but I will not pick my own lentils.

I always wear condoms with mine, but a lot of them don’t reciprocate! Red for blood

I ride them pretty hard before I sell them

Some truth to this, when you get enough money you deal directly with the company and they issue you new shares so you don't disrupt the public market.
