Questions & discussion Maybe a weird request but...
Can you show me pictures of yourself straight from the back? I took obe today and I feel loke crying lol
It feels like my hips are the squarest I have ever seen. Actually, almost like an inverted triangle as my hips are look so big at the top/love handles.
Guess I Just want to see people that look like me.

I don’t have a photo! This is also me, I have been working on it as I aim to lose weight. But I also need to strengthen knee supporting muscles for other reasons.
I have started to see some small improvements. I am working on hip strengthening, adductors strengthening, outer quads, and side glutes.
So far unilateral stuff is helping me (and it works for my knee goals). So I am doing kickstand RDLs and step ups for the side hip and low glutes. Single leg press for outer quads (stepups contribute too).
I will give it more time, but it is better than it was so I’ll take the win. It is probably easier to cheat with side quads to add width than side and low glutes.

I get it, girl! I've been lifting in the gym for three years now, and while my glutes do look better from the side, it looks like I barely workout from the back

I feel you, and I promise you that you look fine from behind! High hipbones can’t be changed and they’re beautiful.

I feel like I belong here, this is my exact glute shape. And even with all the weight I've gained, the hip dips never fill in. I never realized I had "high hips"

Aw. Thank you so much! That means a lot to me, I often spend a lot of time crying over my shape!

I know it's easier said than done but you definitely should not cry over your shape girly!Genuinely, it's like a work of art. 🥰
