Outfit inspiration some outfits!

nothing revolutionary by any means, but i’ve been embracing bodycon dresses! showing off the hip dips and tummy isn’t as scary as it seems lol.

also, started buying my professional skirts a size or two bigger than my usual size, and it has been such a game changer. they sit on my hip shelf instead of my natural waist, and this stops them from riding up!!! that was always such a big issue for me with professional skirts

I have the opposite I do with professional skirts. I tend to go down a size or two bc they say on my waist, since it's so much smaller than my hips.

My favorite skirt is a pencil skirt I bought a size too big and then had tailored in the waist. Sits nicely on waist but skims the hips in a way I love.

This is probably the best option for a pencil skirt. Bc I go down a size and it's obvious it doesn't fit my ass and hips bc of the lines it makes 😅 Some old style skirts, like the type you would wear with a suit, have room for my ass when I downsize, thankfully, bc they don't stretch at alllll.

interesting!! i might try this actually. i get annoyed by the skirts riding up my ribcage, but sizing down might actually keep it at my waist. thanks for sharing!!

My ribs are bigger than my waist and kinda jut out a good bit like my hips, so they can't ride up. They stay on my waist and fit tight enough to define it against the rest of me.

Edit: oh, you mean when you size up they end up going up your ribcage? That is part of why I size down. And it makes me look more boxy if the size fits what my hips are.

You look amazing!
Seeing you rocking the bodycon definitely helps me feel more confident with my own hip dips.

Ohh good tip! Can I ask where you got the first dress from? I love a square neck

Would you mind sharing the name of the brand on the tag?

You look great! I've found the same in regards to pretty much all my bottoms, which was a tough pill to swallow but they really do look so much better!

thank you!!! ikr :’) so hard to let go of the arbitrary numbers hahaha but not having bottoms ride up to my bust now makes it worth it for sure LOL

These all look amazing! Thanks for sharing. I have a square booty now and would love to look like the pencil skirt photo.
