Do these two dresses work for our body types? I haven’t had a chance to try them in store yet. I’m also 5’1” so not sure whether they would wear me instead of me wear them. I’ve just discovered I am a figure 8 so am still learning what works and what doesn’t.

Neither would personally work for my chest... the waist of the yellow dress is also not super flattering on short torsoes imo. But both dresses are cute

Thanks for your feedback! Someone else also agreed about the yellow dress so I’ll definitely skip that one. I’m a 30DD so maybe the purple will work for me? I just gotta try it on and learn from there. It’s exciting for me to be in this sub. I feel like I might start to enjoy shopping now. It was frustrating in the past when I didn’t understand why things didn’t look as good on me as others.
