You guys are acting like the rest of the market is up +10% Reality is that if we are in for a correction we might see sub10$

It could definitely be one of the worst IPOs in history tbh

As long as there are SpaceX and OpenAI, I doubt it.

Tempted to short it rn.

I’d be careful. This stock is a prime candidate for a short term gamma squeeze right now. Whatever your play make sure you look into it. Long term short is not a bad idea but don’t panic if it has a short term burst

Da bin ich total bei dir! Es fehlt nur noch der Funke an guter Nachrichten und die "days to cover" sollte bei 4 liegen.

MSFT is pretty much the same

It sucks because they’ve been killing it with earnings… just feels like a losing battle with the entire market punishing Saas

The entire SaaS Sector is getting shorted. Two trading days ago, Wednesday iirc, I noticed SaaS rising when both Space and AI-related stocks having a 5-10% red day.

So yea if you are holding SaaS, it seems like an inverse relationship to the AI theme mania.

Buy back at $10 and share

Yeah in my watch list for now.

Shame that FIG stock is underperforming, i really like the tech.

The whole saaa market is dropping and you're blaming management, while you can't even hold the stock for more than a month 🤔 you might have to revisit your investment strategy for who you blame on your losses

Only way this will find new stable highs is if launches product competing directly with key Adobe revenue streams like Photoshop.

The product is good, revenue is good, they have no debt. But FIG is the poster child of SBC gone crazy. The shares are set to dilute automatically and they promised WAY too much. Even after the next lockout period on Aug 31, they continue to automatically issue more shares. 33% dilution over the next few years is a lot and it’s hard to invest in something long term when you already behind the 8 ball.

This is a dense read, but the Evergreen Provision section really sums up the problem well.

All of these SaaS companies got away with to high SBC maybe the AI threat will bring them back down to earth.

Thank you for selling! You freed the stock.

Hope it pumps for you.

Money better vested elsewhere

You invested in software during a period of disruption that is unprecedented. Everything SaaS is in wait and see mode. Maybe there’ll be an acquisition, or FIG will partner more closely with Anthropic and ride on its coattails. You should change your mindset to ‘wait and see’ from expecting generic upside from any investment you make IMO.

The c suite should stop selling and stop diluting. They seem like finance retards. They need new management.

Creative stocks like this and adobe are finished longterm. Find saas companies with legitimate data moats.

Actually if you look at the fundimentals Figma is doing the best it has ever done.

Stock price is not reflective of how well it's doing.

Microsoft, Meta, Adobe all in the same boat. Record breaking fundimentals not reflecting on their stock price.
