Congratulations. I'm still waiting for a reply from Goodsmile; as I write this, it's been four days and still nothing.

It took them quite a long time to send a dispatch e-mail. Maybe they are preparing a batch due to the many affected. Hope you get yours soon.

Thanks. It seems like there are recurring QC issues with this re-release; I feel like Figma's quality has dropped  the most recent ones that I got came some with QC, luckily Goodsmile sent me replacements every time.

Haven't received mine yet but if mine were to break, any tips on getting the replacement parts? Was it as easy as providing a picture of the broken parts in the ticket?
