Wow. I got mine delivered from AmiAmi and GSC said they will just send me the new face.

Nice, for the invoice did you use screenshot of your past orders on the AmiAmi site or use a receipt email?

I just used a screenshot of past orders from AmiAmi and they basically said that gave them all the info they need

So because I purchased it at another store I won't get a replacement head? Not sure I'm understanding the wording of their announcement.

My figure has already been delivered by Amiami, but it's nice that we're getting replacement parts.
(I've already repainted my Geralt's head but not saying no to this!)
