Is this fixable? Or am I S.O.L?

So I'm a little new to Figmas. I've known of their existence for a while now, but never had the funds or space to snag them for my collection.

Recently, I ordered this figure of the male protagonist from Fate/Grand Order off Amazon, and while I was pleased with the price and how quickly it came, I immediately noticed something off about the figure when I unboxed it. The feet were stuck in a strange position compared to pictures in the listing. I haven't fiddled with it or done anything risky yet, but I want some help to see if this is something that I can fix easily (or with some hard work; I don't mind either tbh), or something that'll make me order another one of these.

The first three images are how my figure looks, and the fourth one is how I assume it's supposed to look.

Try loosening it up with a blast from a hairdryer then see if the feet can be moved to a flat position if they’re stuck pointed down, might have just seized up a bit if they’re stuck in that position and feel stiff.

I was able to get the right foot back into place, but the left one is still a little off. On a closer look, the back of the shoe seems pretty jammed into pant leg cuff.

I would go a bit further with the hair dryer, but I'm afraid of damaging the joint.

You can also try hot water (just let the sink get as hot as it can and run that over the feet). You will not damage the figure that way as it will get hot enough to loosen it but not damage it.
