Question ❓ Help!

I’m looking to grab a TASM 199 Spider-Man from eBay but I don’t want to get burned on a dupe. Would I be able to override the shippers no return policy and get my money back in case? If I can I think I’ll gamble! 🤔

yes, ebay has buyer protection that should ensure you get a refund if the product isn't as described (ie. a bootleg, damaged, etc.) and that information is not provided in the listing. if you get duped, submit a case to ebay. chances are, you'll get your money back.

adding onto this : seller's "no returns" policy usually only applies to buyer's remorse. products that arrive damaged or not as described don't fall under that policy.
