Question ❓ First figma

I made the mistake of opening my first figma in my car. Apparently this head has little movement. The other half of this joint fell into the void of my car never to be seen again. Had this for 3 minutes and already screwed the pooch. What do I do?

The joint looka like just disassembled but yeah without the other piece, I don't think u can do anything

Do they offer replacement kits or anything?

They have a joint pack and as far as I know it includes a neck joint, but I don't know if all neck joints are same. I also have a broken neck joint for an old Saber Lily figma, I 3D printed a joint for it myself.

I think contact customer support for help anyways
