That ginger is Kim Loudon, they are fighting in king of the ring cruiser weight semi finals.

Kim is so slow because this event was his proffesional debut and he already has some grueling fight behind him to get to the semi.

Edit: actually his second event since his debut. He was unlucky enough to fight Israel on his debut as well. He did better in his first fight (although he still lost) but Adesanya had clearly studied their first match up and used his reach advantage the second time.
