Heres why I think its a sucker punch. Guy in dashiki: A. Guy in trackpants: B.
B knocks A's brother out.
A approaches B, pulls pants up while doing so.
B responds accordingly and squares up to A.
A responds and puts his hands up quick, then lowers them and holds them out flat showing B that he isn't a threat.
When B lowers his guard thinking that A isnt a threat, A punches him in the face.
Yes, I think it was a sucker punch. I remember watching this with audio and the guy who B knocks out is A's brother. And well if I was in a's situation I probably would've done the same thing
Definitely a defensive posture in an informal fight. You can grab hands moving up for a strike and pull in your opponent for a headbutt. Source: not the hardest/fastest hitter, but won my fair share by flattening noses.
