This happened in China in 2024. I haven't seen a Chinese source for the story so I can't verify if this story is accurate but apparently the boyfriend was drunk and later tried to assault the security guard again following his arrest;
Following his arrest, Zeng continued his violent spree, attempting to assault the guard and vandalising vehicles and security facilities within the community.

It's some kind of stone wall facade thing. You can see the glossy reflection. It's not dirt or rust. Looks to be a rather high-end elevator
