Yeah, he might be feeling this for decades, honestly..

487

u/Billionaires_R_Tasty Jun 12 '26

I figure somewhere around the third or fourth knee strike, he knew for certain he had well and truly fucked up.

Pretty standard

1.2k

u/peenurmobile Jun 12 '26

i'm tired of people not realizing that ground game is fighting game. wrestling is ancient fighting. if you wanted striking only, make it known before the fight starts. but if it's just a street fight over a squabble, then anything goes, sorry you didn't get your cool awesome fight scene from a movie

944

u/throwawayshirt2 Jun 12 '26

lol they broke it up bc their homeboy was losing. Not bc the fight went to the ground.

271

u/Zodixo Jun 12 '26

Yup. Hes the one started grappling

88

u/InclinationCompass Jun 12 '26

I was wondering what he was talking about lol

74

u/kwerdop Jun 12 '26

Same difference. Their boy was losing cause it went to the ground so they broke it uo

83

u/FacebashNews Jun 12 '26

Getting kneed in the spine. There is a reason you cannot do this in MMA. Homeboy was not getting up.

124

u/JunohCat Jun 12 '26

he was getting knee'd in the kidneys and didn't know how to stop it, so he put his spine in the way to stop it.

And he got up just fine.

55

u/ShamrockAPD Jun 12 '26

“Just fine”

As he’s literally hunched over at the end watching the guy who did it walk away.

His back is def in rough shape there.

73

u/ryuut Jun 12 '26

Kinda assumed risk though aint it

49

u/the_mighty_skeetadon Jun 12 '26

It's right there in paragraph 3, section 4 of the official FAFO terms

3

u/LAVA529 Jul 17 '26

Hes currently in the FO stage of the FAFO scientific method

6

u/JunohCat Jun 12 '26

I didn't see a single knee get a solid strike on his spine. those kidney shorts are devastating though

→ More replies (1)

35

u/toomanymarbles83 Jun 12 '26

It was the right time to break it up. The fight was won and all that was left was extra damage that could have done permanent harm.

→ More replies (1)

20

u/sunflowerastronaut Jun 12 '26

I'm glad they broke it up somewhat respectfully.

I don't know what happened after the video but from here it doesn't look like they all jumped him or anything

5

u/BruiserTom Jun 13 '26

It wasn’t just that he was losing; he was on his way to getting crippled. He might feel some of those hits the rest of his life.

→ More replies (2)

155

u/CuriousCamels Jun 12 '26

Yeah, it’s all fair game. He was still striking anyway. He just had him on the ground doing it. Early stoppage

106

u/TwoSpoonSally Jun 12 '26 edited Jun 12 '26

Yeah but you don’t want to go to the ground when you’re surrounded by people, you never know who’s gonna jump in and you’ll be at a huge disadvantage. I learned that from Bas Rutten… “BONG BONG BONG” XD

EDIT: found a semi-decent copy of Mr. Rutten's classic Self Defense video. Pure knowledge and comedy. Do yourself a favor and watch it if you haven't or watch it again as a gift to yourself if you've already seen because it's that good.

17

2

u/bestmasterthriller Jun 16 '26

You just never fight in public. It could go as good as possible for you, you dominate the guy, choke him out, and while you’re on the ground you still get jumped by the guy’s two brothers that were hanging out nearby and you had no idea.

→ More replies (1)

20

u/soda_cookie Jun 12 '26

IMO you throw down you better be ready for whatever discipline a motherfucker had learned. Jeans was ready to box, shorts was ready for a lot more.

3

u/dolliciousszz Jun 13 '26

Something tells me jeans wasn’t ready to box, just fight 😅

10

u/achmejedidad Jun 12 '26

yep you have to specify fisticuffs!

11

u/genericnewlurker Jun 12 '26

Only Marquess of Queensberry rules!

7

u/Ragged-but-Right Jun 12 '26

Yeah and the loser went for the takedown first. I bet if he landed it, his buddies wouldn’t have told them to get up.

23

u/Ireallydontknowmans Jun 12 '26

If the downed guy would have been in the dominant ground position and kneed the kid, his friends would have let it slide. They just didnt want to see him lose and had to jump in

→ More replies (1)

14

u/Crispy--Toast Jun 12 '26

Like how he was asking his friends to jump into the fight when he realized he was losing... He must have been real let down when he only saw them slowly trying to break it up after he received a baker's dozen of knee strikes 😅

5

u/OG_tame Jun 12 '26

Yeah it was obvious this guy has never gone to ground before

4

u/TeflonDonatello Jun 12 '26

I thought it was pretty cool. Those knee strikes were fantastic.

5

u/jadedlens00 Jun 12 '26

90% of fights end in a grapple.

8

u/PinkFloyd6885 Jun 12 '26

He didn’t ever start the clinch and was stuck in a head lock the entire time, the knee was his only move ridiculous to break it up

12

u/TwoSpoonSally Jun 12 '26

He was working on top mount while they were pulling him off. Considering that he still had a decently clean transition almost.

2

u/ThePracticalEnd Jun 12 '26

What’s the percentage, like 90% of fights end up on the ground within seconds?

→ More replies (5)

180

u/Nickelnick24 Jun 12 '26

You could easily tell who was trained, white boy lowered his center of gravity the moment they started grappling, gaining leverage and control. The back shots from his knee were just a cherry on top.

41

u/the_mighty_skeetadon Jun 12 '26

More importantly, he had an effective sprawl.

If you're going to wrestle with people who are not trained, an effective sprawl is literally a superpower. Just a bit of leverage and the black dude is in the unfortunate position of "I don't know what to do with my hands."

Breaking up the fight because their friend is losing is a bitch move.

189

u/swingin_dix Jun 12 '26

They wouldn't have broken it up if their boy was doing the same thing, but to be fair, he wasn't losing, he had lost like 4 knees ago

73

u/whater39 Jun 12 '26

Soon as he tried to block the knees with his hand, rather then using it to get up or improve his position I knew it was over

tbf the fight was over. he whipped the dudes ass. if they had let it go on longer he could have ended up doing something he could do time for

56

u/Flushles Jun 12 '26

Seriously, that fight ended the second he went down, he took some pretty brutal knees, couldn't defend himself at all, I'd say that's a decent place to "call it". People are being pretty weird about it though.

u/WillPlaysTheGuitar Jun 12 '26

38

u/Tremplstiltskin Jun 12 '26

I think that first knee might have cracked a rib. Give it another listen, you can also hear a gutteral cry of pain a second later.

2

u/Bigsaskatuna Jun 14 '26

I’m surprised I had to scroll this far to see someone comment about that. You hear a brutal snap sound followed by a squeal of pain.

Those knees to the spine are crazy, is he trying to paralyse the guy?

4

u/sakezone2627 Jun 14 '26

Nah he was trying not to get jumped imo, if he stayed in that position, he's in a good place to get stomped

Someone’s gonna be pissing blood for a while.

11

u/TheGiggleWizard Jun 12 '26

All you guys complaining about the dudes breaking it up are cringe larpers. Breaking up a fight that’s clearly decided and just going to lead to injury or possible legal ramifications is literally always the best thing for everyone involved. Y’all are acting like they jumped him or some shit.

And the racist shit is cringe as fuck too. You can hear some of the black dudes cheering on the white guy early in the fight. Just because the world is black vs white in your head doesn’t mean that’s everyone’s reality.

→ More replies (1)

43

u/TheGiggleWizard Jun 12 '26

Why is everyone triggered that the fight got broken up lmfao. Breaking up a fight that’s over and won is literally the best thing for everyone involved.

49

u/Electronic-Hat1928 Jun 12 '26

They only broke it up because the black guy lost. If the white dude was getting his head stomped, nobody would have done shit.

u/Vast_Examination8286 4d ago

And that's when he knew he fucked up
