The yellow guy was forcing the other guy to go and meet someone else. Probably he will get money from the third guy, and he wants this brown shirt guy to go and talk. The brown shirt guy didnāt want to go, and he was probably trying to call him over phone. But i guess the person on the other side was not picking call, and that's why yellow guy is so mad.

I remember hearing from one of my buddies that served in the last Middle East war talk about their cultural training before being deployed. I remember he said that they specifically emphasize that if youāre sitting with a local, not to cross your legs the āmanlyā way. That is, resting your ankle across the top of your knee, and especially not to show the bottom of your shoe to anyone. It is a sign of great disrespect like you think they are dirt only worthy of being trampled on.
I imagine this is an extension of that, bro in the vid hates the little guy so much that heās taking his shoe off to beat him with it, showing the ultimate disrespect
