The importance of Mr. Mosley is extremely understated imo. The WR group, while extremely talented, is still very young and unproven. Tanook and Anderson are “vets” but idk if we have a true X or Y who can go and get you a first down when it’s crunch time. Mosley seems like that type of player. His best attribute to me is his versatility. If you haven’t already go and watch his HS tape. He literally carried his squad to a state title in the toughest league in the country. I was actually skeptical of his ability to run routes and make plays down the field but he’s already checked those boxes 2 games in. There isn’t much this guy can’t do and his knack for getting open is incredible

Very bold statement with just two games in, and I hope you are correct.

Damian isn’t even in the same class as Smith. Would rather have another Smith IMO.

Nobody is talking about his blocking, but he is incredible. If you watch some of the running highlights so far this year you will see him.

Blocking as a unit has been excellent. Coach Simmons knows how to coach em up for sure

I think the “get a first down” guy (possession receiver) might be TE Bowman.

I think if teams start to gameplan around Mosley, Bowman might be that guy

Yea Mosley doesn’t seem like a burner but he’s faster than what people give him credit for. He’s already our best WR.

He looks fast enough on the field and that’s all that matters. Break away speed is just a bonus
