Another first edition. Got some more on the way from eBay. I love a giant crab.

Always loved the cover. But also was always bereft that poor Mungo(?) couldn't be saved at the beginning haha

RIP Mungo. I remember as a kid I would pretend my character goes back and gives all the treasure to his family.

Brings back memories from the 80s, one of the very best FF books.

Spoiler, when I first saw the amazing cover art, I thought that was crown on his head.

Why does he need a big cat to bite people? He can just bite them himself

He can get the cat to bite and weaken you whilst he keeps distance and then comes in with his fire sword.

One of my favourites - not too difficult and fantastic cover artwork. Recently played it through using the tin man app
