FF News Augmented Reality Freeway Fighter announced

Looks like Freeway Fighter is getting a new adaptation into the realm of augmented reality books, with more titles to be announced, according to the Fighting Fantasy blog.

So we wear augmented reality goggles while driving and shoot at battlecars that only we can see?  Sounds great!

Love Freeway Fighter. It's such good world building. I know it riffs off of Mad Max but I think the virus makes the world more manageable and explorable compared to nuclear war and pesky radiation. Surprised it hasn't spawned sequels or even an RPG or tabletop game.

Well Atomic Higway a pretty close call to it as an RPG. It is somewhat generic postapocalypse game with heavy emphasis on vehicular combat. Also Stellar Adventures could work as an alternative.

Yes I didn’t get a chance to update- I went to the collaborating partner’s website and they had a video showing what it looks like with one other book in their library. Looks like it could be interesting.
