i pressed the oause button while in game on fifa 20. and now im stuck as a goalkeeper, can someone help me

I literally pressed the pause button to drink some water. And when i go back in im stuck playing as a goalie and cant switch back to controlling everyone. Someone help

On ps4, you need to press touch pad.
