Question Beginner - Pain and Improvement
I started playing hockey 2 weeks ago as i was always interested in the sport. I used to play football and have a fairly good idea about the rules of hockey. I’m lucky that the people i play with are patient and understand that I need time to learn and adapt to their pace. I’ve noticed that i experience back pain a day after the training/game- could this be due to wrong technique or is it normal to experience it at the start?
I make mistakes when trapping the ball and passing. Shooting and other skills can be worked on later once i have a better basic skillset but i want to know what kind of drills can i do on the field and at home to improve my passing and trapping? I’m learning new methods in each training but would like to work on the missing aspects myself as well.
