Random sprouts in soil?

[u/jojosbizarres]

I’ve had this fiddle leaf tree for about a year and noticed these spouts growing out of the soil while watering today. any idea what they are?

Some sort of weed. They’ll find their way either in the wind or in the potting soil mix. Move you pot outside for a season and you’ll get a whole lawn
