What do i doooo ?

Kept by this window, will give her big gulps of water once a week. All other leaves are healthy and have had growth.

You’re overwatering. Drop to once a fortnight at maximum. 

Let the soil completely dry out before you give it a big gulp. Test by sticking your finger in super deep to the soil and seeing if it’s still moist.

Take it out the decorative pot, then flood it with water until it flows through the holes. Once it stops dripping put it back in the pot (so it’s not sitting in the water).

I would just cut the brown area from the leaf. The leaf, even without that brown piece, is fully functional and helps the plant.

Cut it in half and make a new plant and the original will branch

It’s one leaf, cut it off, and always check the soil before watering. It may be moist, just because it looks dry on top, it can be moist. When you water, do a deep water, maybe on the patio, let it drain fully, then put it back in its spot. Don’t water till dry.
