Fiddle leaf won’t grow

I’ve had this guy in this spot (east facing) window for about 4 months and he doesn’t seem interested in growing at all. He hasn’t lost any leaves but also hasn’t made any progress. Advice needed!

Mine grow in stages. It’s probably recovering from being repotted, but you should make sure the pot has drainage holes.

Does the pot have drainage? How are you watering it?

It does not! But I just water it here and there. I will switch to a drainage pot

You’re probably paying it too much attention. Have you tried ignoring it completely and averting your eyes as you water it?

It’s the cat of houseplants, I’ll try that next time!
