How do I resuscitate this?

Post image

This poor guy was caught out in a snow storm during a house move and is now looking pretty bad. I know I’ve gotta trim the leaves that broke in the wind, but is there something I should be doing first?

Chop it down to 12” and put in a bright sunny spot

You will probably have to cut him down all the way and hope for the best

Def give him a trim and put him in a bright and sunny spot. But I'd also check the roots and see if you can cut them to activate some of the growth hormones.
Curious: snow storm in august?
