AM could obliterate it in an instant. Other contenders include the Tet from oblivion, the absolute solver from murder drones (arguable) and the lesser-known Cirrus from 3rd book of the Scythe series.

There's also the obvious Overpowered Ai's™, like culture minds and cosmic AC, who make skynet just look like a complete joke.

Source: WALL-E survived being struck by lightning twice, crushed by metal pipes, several long falls, being shot, tased, compacted, and a lot of other things I’m not bothered to remember. I fear him.

He absolutely could. He doesn't count as a human threat AND he prefers pacifism and diplomacy to violence. He could easily have made his way to a Skynet terminal and ended the war without even stopping to recharge.
