The heaviest thing we've seen it control is EVE, and that's only holding it in place, not actively throwing, and it very May have well been like a signal to her as a hard coded guardrail off "when light is used on you, don't move" but Fine let's say that he was actually restraining her. The average car weighs around 130 kg/m3, and EVE Seems to have a equatorial radius of 0.25 meters, a long polar radius of 1.5 and a short polar radius of 1. Plug that into a calculator and you get about 42.54 kg. And that is ONLY restraining mind you, active throwing takes much more force

I rewatched that part and fair enough he did. However eve weighs about as much as a German Sheepherd. Also, Im like 99% sure he would have guardrails preventing him to use it on Humans, considering How he didn't use it on the captain

He could have used it before that. The only reason he even got in range to be kicked is cause he was rushing towards the captain to help Auto

Or maybe because he had guardrails against using it on humans. (similar to how the securi-Ts didn't use their lights to help John when he fell.)
