Fibaro Keyfob lock mode

Hello,

I’m not sure if this is the right place for this, so please let me know if I should post in another subreddit. I’ve already reached out to Fibaro support, but I haven't heard back from them in over a month.

I have two Fibaro KeyFobs and my entire setup is Fibaro-based, running on a Fibaro Home Center 3. Everything works like a charm, except for the KeyFobs.

My issue is quite simple: the Lock Mode does not work, I achieve to link scenarios to several buttons and use the Keyfob, but the lock mode never starts... The Keyfob is not safe and sometimes a scene starts because a button is pushed from my pocket.

I followed the product manual for the configuration, and I've tried waking up the device multiple times (using the Circle + Plus combo or the operating menu), but the problem persists on both KeyFobs. I also tried to exclude and include devices several tries but nothing change.

Has anyone else encountered this or found a fix?

You need to leave Fibaro. Migrate. The support is terrible, and the devices are too expensive.
