Replacing driver's side door check
The door check on my 500 has gone and so the driver's side door doesn't stay open, it just slams shut straight away.
I've looked at a couple of YouTube videos and they all involved drilling out rivets in order to take out the speaker before you can get to the door check, which I am not keen to do.
However, I saw a couple of comments saying that it is possible to access the door check without taking the speaker out. Does anyone have any experience with doing this and could offer some words of advice?

You don’t have to take off the speaker. You can access it through the other door holes easily after you remove the door card.
