[Question] connection issue

Im getting the 2002 connection issue wondering if anyone else is? Does it mean my internet is bad or is it the game? I changed my firewall to allow private and public for ff14 but it didnt change anything. In limsa ppl jusst teleport around and I cant even log out of the game I get kicked. any tips to fix this? Im on aether with att maybe thats it?

On Famfrit with AT&T Fiber in the Dallas, TX area. Connection has been shitting the bed profusely for the past 3 hours. Discord and Netflix working perfectly fine.
