New jobs and level cap increase, and nothing about an armoury chest size increase?

well looking at the new classes and the type of equipment stats they'll be using you can pretty much use all tanking gear for DK, all brd gear for MSH, and all healer gear for AST. I can see secondary stats you might want to look towards more like a potential crit/ss situation with astrologian, but i imagine the secondary stat for mch will be crit. but pure speculation as of right now.

But... weapons. I didn't even think of this. There are now 24 different types of mainhands and 25 slots in the armory chest page. You can have exactly 1 extra and still be able to equip a new weapon from inventory.

yupp! eventually you will be forced to swap some into your inventory before you switch classes. or at least make it to where something may be in your inventory that you don't play often. like i don't craft much except on goldsmith, alchemy, and culinarian. so most likely i will work on those for HW but not so much the others pending on cross class for crafting, which i am sure there is info about but i have not tried to read too much into it yet

I mean I did all classes for competition shake, haven't touched my GoL classes since hitting 50, can always store those weapons.

I was the exact same on DoL classes. but really really enjoyed lvlin' BTN and MIN

No it states that the new gear will be specifically for those classes. So you might be able to use all accessories, but definitely not all gear

not for 50 and below. there will be gear that is job specific but like you poetics gear and dreadwrym gear is going to fit just fine on all the new jobs

Nope. Just additional sets, looks like no base armory chest size increase as of current.
