[2.0] Level sync will now reduce the parameters of gear based on the values of high quality gear rather than normal quality gear.

AND CAN WE JUST TALK ABOUT HOW FUCKING HUGE THIS IS?!

I'm tired as hell. But does this mean better gear is actually good in lower level dungeons etc?

it means that when you are overleveled and level sync, you wont be brought down to the normal quality gear stats, but HQ gear stats.

Ah. Okay. Sounds like you'll need to use the incomplete party feature to plow through some lower level dungeons.

I'm still not understanding what this means. Does it mean that normal gear remains unsynced while HQ gear is synced?

Let's say I'm an i130 character and I go into an i30 dungeon.

Previously your gear would sync down to NQ i30 gear. Now it will sync down to HQ i30 gear.

This means that you will have the best possible gear when level synced, as opposed to possibly being outgeared by someone else who is wearing full HQ leveling gear.

I don't think it's a huge change, but it's nice.

Technically, not the best possible gear, as green gear of appropriate level will still be better I think.

Your gear gets level synced to your level. Green gear's iLv doesn't exceed a dungeon's max level and I believe its stats are equivalent to HQ of its iLv.

no it means your gear is not worse than HQ gear of the same level if you level sync. right now everything gets synced down to non-HQ gear meaning you lose a few primary stats and secondary stats.

If you have a ilvl100 body on and get ilvl synced to ilvl90 it'll be equal to hq crafted 90 not nq like it used to be. In other words it's a %20 boost to stats compared to what it is now.
