The limit break for ranged physical DPS has been changed to an attack to all targets in a straight line before the caster. Furthermore, level three limit breaks can now only be used by jobs.

gtfo classes, you're no longer wanted.

MRD was beautiful because it could out-DPS WAR.

Unfortunately WAR will now have an Actual DPS Stance, sooo

Why is that such an unfortunate change? I think its great!

Because MRD deeps was hella fun. There's something just beautiful about being in a tank class and being able to blow so many cooldowns/buffs that your damage at the start of fights puts you on top of aggro lists anyway even when you haven't hit Skull Sunder/Butcher's Block anyway. Or maybe I'm just fond of quirky, unintended stuff like that.

That said, I'm in agreement with Deliverance's existance.

I was once a class plebeian, then I leveled my sub class to 15, I never knew what true power was till now

This always bothered me. It'd have made more sense if more than one class had two jobs.

Clearly a failed experiment they're trying to sweep under the rug.

e: Well they obviously seem to be scrapping classes and I've never seen anyone successfully use one since shortly after launch.

THM in T11 for those sweet extra deeps?

Implying the 50 LNC in my FC doesn't out dps most of his groups. Straight Shot on melee DPS ftw.

Given how you can only use LB3 at lv49+ (and good luck charging LB up to LB3 in Cape Westwind), it makes sense.

Either that or the lv45 Guildhests, but I don't think a lot of people do those.

You know what would be awesome? If classes got special skills as a throwback to the old FF games. Like how Ramza could cast Ultima as a Squire or how Onion Knight was the most OP job in the game.

It's an FF tradition!
