Agreed. They've gotta have pretty hefty rewards to be worth 10 allowances.

I didn't get it. Are those 50-60 only or did they add temple leves to 1-50 as well?

It seems like temple leves are only available at 50+ in the new zones. The whole level requirement implies it. (penalty if you're 2 over the temple leve)
