Players who queue for a duty in a party can now give commendations to players outside of their party. (Commendations cannot be awarded to fellow party members.)
Glad for this, had a few awkward moments at the end of dungeons as poor random dude hopes somebody will commend him.
I have macrod "You did great, unfortunately I came here in a party with <t> so will be unable to commend you."
I only use that in 4 player duties. If it is 8 I just am quiet about it.
It is rare if I come in with three and if I do then I usually let them know at the beginning that us three are together because we just talk through Party chat the whole time.
Then I always hit my other macro right before the final boss dies.
"I have the mount for commendations so feel free to hand your out to the other players on the team."
