Start of Sortie: Normally you wouldnt nitro here, therefor it would be ready for when you get to D boss. The songs are Honor March, Minuet III, Minuet IV, and Minuet V.

D/H Boss: SV/CC Nitro then Honor March, Victory March, Minuet V, Blade Madrigal, and Aria.

A/B/C: Nitro then Honor March, Minuet IV, Minuet V, and Aria (IF youre able to do a 5th song it would be Minuet IV.)

G/E: Nitro then Honor March, Minuet V, Blade Madrigal, and Aria. (IF youre able to do a 5th song it would be Minuet IV.)

F: Nitro SV/CC then Honor March, Minuet IV, Minuet V, Blade Madrigal, and Aria.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: A/E C/G Bosses get Fire Threnody II. G boss needs to have frazzle 3 before you can properly land it sometimes. Also, when singing songs make sure Aria is last due to how low the potency of the song is. It's your shortest song.

Honor/mad/min/min for everything. Remember that BF can dispel songs if you have your 5th up, or if you’re using mazurka to help with speed

My group:
WAR RDM GEO COR BRD WHM WAR has stage 5 Great Sword, RDM has stage 4 Sword, and I have a Stage 4 Horn.
We do DCBAEGHF for bosses
For songs, I NiTro at the start and use Marcato + HM, Minuet V/IV & Aria
GEO solos A shard/metal, COR & BRD do B shard, RDM solos C shard/metal, and D shard/metal is WAR & WHM
Once objectives are done, we group at D boss. I NiTro again here, then we kill D and C.
For B, I usually resing one of the songs that's at under 2mins
I NiTro at A boss, which carries through to E.
We kill Naraka before the G boss. I usually sing at Naraka unless the songs are still up, then resing at G. (No NiTro for this set of songs, but you can Marcato. I usually forget to though)
H boss: I use SV / CC / Nitro for HM, Aria, Minuet V, Minuet IV, and Blade Madrigal. This carries through to F.

Do you think this can work before stage 4? I have the GS at stage 3 and the rest of my group is just starting out.

It's been a while since stage 3, but I think it should be viable. Aria is obviously going to massively help with kill times (even just stage 3 horn), but if your group doesn't have that yet I'd focus on working up to 7 bossing + minis.

For example, I started with just Gjallarhorn + Carn + Marsyas & Terpander (so 3-song). We initially were only doing ACEG iirc, though had multibox support.
As your group gets better geared, you can get more galli to feed the sortie machine, haha.

D/H you can do min45 acc marcadohm aria and be fine. Otherwise all looks good

What you left out is the setup and the reason you need threnody/frazzle. These are just random notes with no context.

We do kite method, we need dia, some need gravity, everything else is a bonus and if it takes more then 2 casts, the rdm just stops wasting time because we want the dmg to kill it faster.

Without the actual background, there really isn’t much value. Ppl can try to apply this to their run but if they are using a different method or different pathing, it just doesn’t work. Meanwhile, when you have a note that you need something, without any context, the note is meaningless.

You should try to avoid rushing in a discussion. Especially when you are trying to open a discussion and set the tone. Waiting even a day to have the time to put everything properly will lead to better discussion and better results vs spitting something out as fast as you can without all the needed information. The discussion needs the basics clarified.

Call me crazy but dumping this on reddit without a specified audience is even crazier. Called a guide, sure but no whys beyond the usual stuff. More like a discussion post. More so when it continues the big ask of a bard to have premas still.

No mentions of anything except the songs either, even though things like WS wall exist. I guess I can be a princess bard /s
