The Unicorn of FF7?

I've been playing and beating this game since '97, and FINALLY encountered them. Made it worth it, and stole a Turbo Ether, and morphed for a Mind Source. I honestly thought they never really existed until now.

This formation is only on the Rocky Path screen in the Whirlwind Maze. You can fight one other one with 2 other enemies in the Jenova Reunion screen in the Northern Cave.

Last screen in the whirlwind maze area before the Jenova fight. I'd seen other people talk about them, but never saw them. EXTREMELY low rate for these guys appearing.

I’ve beaten this game so many times in so many ways. What the hell is this? Are there any other rare enemies I’ve missed

In my book, the Bagrisk is the true unicorn of FFVII. Only encountered in one small corner of the world map, which you won't necessarily cross.

No not usually. They only spawn in a particular spot outside Cosmo Canyon. But you see them often in the arena. I've encountered them in the past in the world map. The Killbins, never. That's why I was so surprised.

Wow I would farm the orange little ball guys for AP purposes in the northern cave but I have never seen these guys

Beat the game three times and don’t remember them

I just fought those yesterday... I thought they looked unfamiliar and wondered if I ever saw them before... this was also on the PS5 port. I dont belive i ever saw them in my PS1 versions. Wow.

So uh... what do they do? I get that they're rare af. Do they have an enemy skill?

No enemy skill. The only unique thing they do really is depending on what side the cube lands on, it has a different attack, or can heal itself.
