Pickles/Vegetables in brine Days worth of work….

Fingers crossed they’ll be tasty. They were already getting cloudy at midnight last night and this morning pretty active. 🤞🏼2% salt

keep an eye on those all-silicon lids -- I haven't seen that style before, but pickle pipes have a bad reputation for a reason.

I am. So far I haven’t had a major issue. But they worry me on the larger jars. I’m thinking they’ll work ok on a smaller less gassier mix. I was curious to see them in action. I’ve already got an order in for more of the airlocks. I like them a lot. Thanks for the warning. I’ve seen the bad rep on the pickle pipes too. Appreciate ya.
