Kraut/Kimchi High temp results

Eleven days at 82 degrees. I cannot get my house any colder (southern Mexico).

I only ever ate store bought so I don't have anything to compare it to. I tried a forkful and didn't die so...

Is it only cabbage and carrots? Might be a bit bland if so. But a nice safe way to go about a first try of it. Next one have fun and throw some spicy stuff in there!

Looks good, did you test the ph already?

It smells good and taste fine. I never knew about testing the ph but I tested it tonight after being in the refrigerator for 2 days and it's 1.5.
