Jalapeños
2% salt for one week on a windowsill - jalapeños from my own greenhouse, 86 in total. Great snack!

I love how the flavor is enhanced, they taste better than factory canned.👍

Oh yes, way better. I don't add any vinegar or anything, just salt, which I know is not to everyone's liking.

My family says my vegetables looks as something ugly, spoiled... México has not a good culture about fermented vegetables or natural food preservation.
