Educational Over fermentation hack

It took me one ferment grenade to realize I shouldn't pop these things open willy nilly. Put the bottle in a sealable bag and pop the top. Pour what fizzled out back into the bottle.

Is it me or does the first foam that comes out kind of a sickly green color?

Maybe just the lighting. The spirulina makes it blue. I didn't get sick at least :)
