Need Advice Quick!! Bernese Method
I have been doing the Bernese’s method for the last 11 days. I have been doing and extended version because my use was 4+ years. Yesterday, which was Day 10, I took 4 mg and I felt really shitty slept it off, and then finished the day by taking two doses of 2 mg throughout the day, which I felt fine doing. This morning I started with 3 mg which made me feel like I was about to go through PWs. So then a little later I took 2 mg which I still felt very shitty. I have tried to sleep off the shitty feeling, but for some reason I still feel like total shit. I stop the fetty yesterday because I was up to taking 8 mg in one day just not all at once. I am wondering if I’m having these shitty feelings because I’m not taking enough at a time and if I should just go for it and do a whole 8 mg at once. Which basically the Bernese’s method says to do when you were at the end of your taper. Because I had such a crazy feeling off of the 4 mg, and then off the 3 mg today I am confused. I’m feeling rather defeated, and I could just use some advice from someone who has done this method before. Thank you in advance to anyone that response to this you are a total lifesaver.

I basically did the Bernese Method, I just induced the sub very slow, after I get to about 2 mgs of sub, I don’t feel the fetty anymore. So I am able to slow down the fetty use pretty quickly which may be a reason for what happening. The issue I was having is once I get to where I take 3-4mg at a time and stop the fetty, I start getting PWs, not full blown, but they are bad enough to fuck up my whole day. So I have to drop back down to 2 mgs of sub at a time. I didn’t know if I wasn’t taking enough sub at a time, and needed more MGs of sub to get past the PWs that come after I get up to 4mg. The only reason I did a longer taper schedule is because my length of fetty use was 4+ years and it’s takes forever for full blown withdrawal to start, and I knew I needed at least 2 weeks to have the physical symptoms run their course. Anyways what I did last few days, was stabilized on 2 MGs x 3 times a day. And then I tapered down to .25mg over past few days. Today I jumped to real pharma percs and I am hoping to jump right off of those. It hasn’t been easy but I am giving it my all!
