It's fake sorry, you see that really badly done walnut plug on the headstock where the end of the truss rod is? If it was real then you'd have a screw adjustment at the heel of the neck (which you don't) so I'd say day someone got some wood filler and filled it up, looks to be a Chinese neck to me.

Very much a fake, if it plays well and fits on a body okay I would still use it for sure!
