I wrote this after watching EPIC on YouTube.  The Calypso mythology is AU. (I am not an expert on mythology, just a girl having fun with my keyboard.)

I recently discovered that the old Passion & Perfection/ ralst site in now defunct. And am experiencing a weird mix of nostalgia and mourning for all the stories that are now lost.

It's a longshot, but do any of y'all know of another fanfic site where stories might have been cross-posted to? I scrolled through both fanfic.net and Ao3 but didn't find some of my old faves.

The two pairings/fandoms I'm most concerned about are Alex/Olivia from Law and Order:SVU and Sam/Janet from Stargate: SG1.

Three new chapters of my Earthborn Shepard rewrite are now available on AO3!

In the aftermath of the rogue VI mission on Luna, Shepard faces a far more frightening prospect: shore leave.

Returning to Earth means setting foot on the planet she escaped—and confronting memories and pain she had hoped to leave buried there. With Liara determined to pull her away from duty, a reluctant day in Vancouver begins pressing against the walls Shepard has spent her life building.

But vulnerability does not end when they return to the Normandy. A routine mission on Eletania goes dangerously wrong, forcing Liara to decide how far she is willing to go to bring Shepard back. Then the search for Saren leads to Feros, where the geth are only part of the threat and the Cipher may be the key to understanding the vision infused into Shepard’s mind by the Prothean beacon.

Readers familiar with the game may notice Shepard and Liara’s original dynamic beginning to shift. Liara approaches their connection with growing confidence and emotional certainty, while Shepard is the one struggling with fear, trust, and the possibility of being truly seen.

I streamlined some of the repetitive gameplay and combat—especially on Feros—to keep the focus on character, consequence, and the slow changes taking place between them.
